All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Your purchase agreement is with Paddle, and this policy operates alongside Paddle's Refund Policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of payment, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. This applies regardless of whether the report has been delivered or not.
After 14 Days
Beyond the 14-day window, we still want you to be satisfied with your report:
- Free revision: If the report didn't address the billing issue you described, reply within 30 days of delivery and we'll revise the analysis at no extra cost.
- 30-day follow-up: Questions about implementing the recommendations? We're here to help for 30 days after delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your Paddle order ID. Refunds are processed within 24 hours on business days via Paddle.
Fraud or Duplicate Charges
Duplicate or fraudulent charges are refunded immediately via Paddle.
